Instruction To Sieze From Mandating UNN
Students To buy Text Books.

It has repeatedly been reported to our office that Nigerian Students
are still compelled to buy CEDR, Computer and Physics texts under the
disguise that it is a criteria to get their work books ( CA) and hence
to qualify them for the course registration and eventual qualification
for Examination. This is deceit and extortion in grand style.

You are hence, mandated to
seize from that act and practices.

If I can remember vividly, the LIBRARY has capacity to accommodate all
reference materials and text books. Thanks to our consolidated school
fees which has granted us such privilege to access the library at
will.

Conversely, the bookshop is so sophisticated to accommodate all text
books which can be purchased at will by Nigerian Students following
your instruction.

May it not escape our consciousness and consciences that some of our
parents are managing to see their ward through this citadel of higher
learning, some had to sell their belongings raging from personal to
capital properties. Above all, most of the students have friends and
room mates who has transfered these texts to them. Why force them?
